CS Master's '26 | Relocating to Iceland

Hello! I'm a Computer Science Master's student at Western Washington University, graduating June 2026. I completed my BS in June 2025 and recently finished a software development internship at SPIE, working on their Digital Library. I designed their React component library and worked on accessibility, scalability, and backend refactoring.
My research focuses on cybersecurity, specifically adversarial DNS exfiltration detection and evasion using machine learning techniques. I'm exploring how attackers can mimic benign traffic during DNS Exfiltration to evade Intrusion Detection Systems. Our paper on this work was accepted at ACNS 2026.
Beyond security research, my interests span full-stack development, systems programming, and teaching. I enjoy designing solutions that are not only functional and maintainable, but genuinely useful for the people who use them.
